Founded in 2022, Magmin LLC is a family business dedicated to cleaning and repair services in South Florida. From small apartments to one-of-a-kind mansions, we approach every project as a unique opportunity to make rental space spotless and usable for future guests. We do a deep clean after each guest, sanitize all surfaces and linens, remove odors (smoking, pets, etc) and unwanted smells, do repairs to furniture, and make it a perfect rental.
Deep Cleaning
We offer high-quality deep cleaning for rentals to make it a 5-star experience for future guests. Our company has extra services such as trash pick up, backyard cleaning, vents dust removal, deep wash and linens sanitizing. Our team keeps track of inventory and do damage reports for the owners.
Odor Removal
Our company offers Odor Removal services for different types of smells: smoke, pet, urine, marijuana, and mold. We utilize the latest technologies, ozone machines and high quality cleaning products to eliminate any presence if bad smells, and make it fresh and clean.
Small Repairs
As a management team, we take care of minor repairs such as broken furniture, doors, scratched paint, and other damaged parts of the house or apartment. We focus on making quality and long-lasting repairs as efficient and cost-effective as possible.
